Photon Factory IC3D software generates video and 3D data and provides the control functions needed to understand, plan, schedule, and safey execute subsea salvage operations.  IC3D software can mitigate the risks that arise during complex simultaneous operations by allowing multiple users to watch the subsea arena and operations, in real time 3d.  The IC3D suite adds specific tools, from communication tools that link offshore and onshore teams to safety tools that allow to modules that give automated audible warnings when any dynamic item is within diver or dive bell range.

 Currently available components of the IC3D suite are as follows:

IC3D Server

IC3D Server is the IC3D system core, and built as a  mission critial software application.  IC3D Server configures world location, vessels, video feeds, offsets, coordinates, re-formats and databases all incoming data, generates time code, and drives IC3D TM and Express thin client applications.

IC3D TM

IC3D TM is a real time 3d modeling tool, for generation of subsea structures.  IC3D TM uses formatted data from IC3D Server, as input information for generation of 3d models.  IC3D TM accesses the IC3D TMV spatially correct video stream as a QA/QC controller, and allows for post processed 3d model editing.

IC3D Express

IC3D Express is an offline planning and information tool set.  IC3D Express performs cuts, links tooling logistics, auto-calculates weights, defines sequencing, estimates time and schedules, adds imported supplemental CAD data, and hyperlinks any video data, drawings, documents or digital data sources.  IC3D Express is used by vessel personnel as the visualization system for all subsea operations.
                                

IC3D TMV

IC3D TMV is an automated multi-source video capture and compression suite, with intrinsic time coding. IC3D TMV associates video streams with 3d data, generated by IC3D TM. IC3D TM and Express users can use this data as QA/QC tools to verify 3d data sets, or provide supplemental site information.

IC3D NetLink is designed for multi-user environments. With IC3D NetLink, it's possible to share and backup your operations around the world, in real time, with security, over the internet.
